Poetry Journals
For wellbeing, healing, self-love, and reflective writing
Lovecore Journals
The Lovecore journals are spaces for reflection, honesty, and remembering.
They aren’t designed to fix you or push you forward.
They exist to help you listen inward – through poetry, stillness, and self-connection.
Each collection offers a different doorway, shaped by mood, season, and inner landscape. You don’t need to start anywhere specific. You begin where something resonates.
The poems are shared with care, offering a place to pause and reflect – and, when you’re ready, to explore your own truth on the page.
Your story will be your own.
There is no right way to write, and nothing you’re meant to uncover.
Some moments may feel tender. Others may feel grounding or quiet.
The journals are there to hold that – gently – and to remind you that vulnerability carries strength, and that you are already worthy of care.
Reflections collection
Reflections is a poetry-led journaling collection about looking inward and noticing how life has shaped us.
The poems move through different moments and seasons, exploring change, identity, struggle, and growth. They’re drawn from real life, but written openly – so you can meet your own reflections within them, whether the words resonate directly or simply create space.
These journals are designed to be dipped into, not completed.
The poems lead you gently, inviting honesty and self-connection without fixing, forcing, or expectation.
You don’t need to know poetry, you don’t need to be a writer – only a willingness to open the page.
Liminal collection
Coming soon
Liminal is a poetry-led mini journal collection that holds a pause – a breath – in the in-between.
These journals centre on moments of transition, where something has ended and something new has not yet begun. That space might feel safe, uncertain, tender, or confusing. However it feels to you, there is room for it here.
Shaped around the colour blue, the poems reflect twilight moments and fragile stillness. Alongside the core mini journal, Deeper Blue offers a more abstract companion – inviting slower, deeper exploration, and best suited to more experienced journalers.
Liminal isn’t about answers.
It’s about staying with the moment you’re in.
devotions collections
Coming soon
Devotions turns gently outward – toward relationships, connection, and the people who shape us.
This collection explores love in its many forms: closeness and distance, care and complexity, grief, gratitude, boundaries, and the ongoing relationship we hold with ourselves. The poems reflect on how being in relation leaves its mark.
As with all Lovecore journals, the poems lead. They offer space to reflect on what you carry from your relationships, what has mattered, and what you may be ready to release – without judgement or pressure.
Devotions is about honouring what has shaped you – including your own heart.
THE SILVER METHOD
Many people arrive here having tried journaling before – and feeling like it didn’t quite work for them.
The Silver Method is a poetry-led approach to reflection, where the poems come first. Instead of starting with analysis or blank-page pressure, you’re met by language that already carries emotion and meaning.
Poetry reaches parts of us that ordinary questions can’t. When paired with gentle journaling invitations, it creates space for honesty and understanding – without pressure to fix or improve yourself.
This approach is rooted in bibliotherapy: using words and stories as a way to support emotional wellbeing.
The Silver Method isn’t about doing journaling better.
It’s about being met and letting the words lead you inward.
questions you may have
Lovecore journals are guided poetry and reflection journals created to support self-reflection, emotional healing, and reconnecting with yourself through writing. Each collection is built around a different emotional theme, with original poetry, thoughtful prompts, and space to pause, reflect, and write in your own way.
Each guided journal includes a combination of original poetry, journaling prompts, reflection pages, and supportive elements such as Author’s Notes, Notes from Silver, rituals, and affirmations. The exact contents vary depending on the journal, but each one is designed to help you reflect more deeply and write with greater honesty and clarity.
Yes. Selected Lovecore journals are available as instant digital downloads. These include both a printable PDF version and a fillable digital version, so you can choose whether you want to print your journal at home or write directly into it on your device.
Yes. Printed editions are available on Amazon in paperback and, for selected titles, hardback. This gives you the option to choose the format that suits you best, whether you prefer a physical keepsake journal or a digital version you can use straight away.
Not at all. Lovecore journals are designed for both beginners and experienced journalers. The prompts are created to feel approachable, thoughtful, and open, so you can write as simply or as deeply as you like. There is no right way to use them, only your way.
Lovecore journals are poetry-led, emotionally thoughtful, and created to feel both beautiful and genuinely supportive. Rather than offering rigid self-help exercises or pressure to write in a certain way, they give you space to reflect, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through words, honesty, and presence.
No, not at all. You do not need to write poetry, understand poetry, or have any experience with journaling to use Lovecore journals. The poetry is there to open a feeling, a thought, or a doorway into reflection. You are simply invited to respond in your own way, whether that is through a few lines, a full page, a list, or even a single sentence.
Poetry helps us reach what is often harder to say directly. It can soften the pressure to explain everything perfectly and help you connect with feelings, memories, and truths that sit a little deeper beneath the surface. In Lovecore journals, this is part of The Silver Method – using poetry, reflection, and thoughtful prompts to help you arrive at the page more honestly, more gently, and more fully as yourself.
