Because these products are digital and are typically delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once a product has been emailed, downloaded, accessed, or a course login has been created, except where required by law.

All journals, downloads, and digital materials sold through this website are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
2. Digital courses
Courses sold through this website are non-refundable once access has been granted or login details have been issued, except where required by law.
3. Immediate access and cancellation rights
When you buy digital content that is supplied immediately, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once supply begins, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Technical issues
If you have not received your digital product, cannot access your course, or experience a technical problem, please contact [email protected] and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
5. Third-party platform purchases
If you purchase a membership, course, or other product through Skool or another third-party platform, that purchase may also be subject to that platform’s own billing and refund processes.
